Our team brings a unique blend of expertise, with backgrounds ranging from degrees in English and creative writing to medicine and public health. Lauren NASH
Lauren prides herself on being a well-rounded mind as she has education ranging from the humanities to the hard sciences. Her initial degree was a double major in Theater and Literature from New College of Florida where she received a full-scholarship plus a merit stipend. From there, she spent nearly a decade in Los Angeles, both professionally acting and writing. Her editing work led to countless publications and even a script optioning by renowned director Robert Rodriguez. Lauren later returned to school at UCLA for a post-baccalaureate degree as a pre-med and maintained a 4.0 GPA. She currently works as a full-time STEM tutor and admissions essay editor. She is also a current resident of New Orleans where she revels in community clothing swaps, crawfish boils, and karaoke.
AARON ROSENGREN
Aaron is a public health professional with more than ten years in program management and communicable disease control. He has an MPH in Global Health with a certificate in Hospital Infection Control. He also has training in program evaluation and disaster response. His writing experience includes op-ed pieces, poetry, and drama. His approach to student compositions is
contemporary, with emphasis on clarity and conciseness. Also a New Orleans resident, Aaron has a passion for the city's historical architecture and supporting locally owned businesses.
KURT KLOEBEN
Kurt is a seasoned writer and editor with a background in journalism and a passion for impactful storytelling. A graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Journalism, Kurt began his career writing for well-regarded publications like Contra Costa Newspaper, Sun Publications, and The Kansas City Star. His experience spans news reporting, medical and regulatory writing, marketing and advertising copy, and social media content creation—each sharpening his eye for detail and knack for concise, effective communication. His commitment to clarity and strong storytelling ensures each essay leaves a lasting impression on admissions committees.
MARIVEL REYNA
Marivel brings a wealth of experience to the team, with an extensive background as an executive assistant and over a decade spent as a counselor for families in need at Cygnus Lactation Clinic. Her compassion, organizational expertise, and attention to detail have seamlessly transitioned into her current role, where she manages invoicing, billing, and communication with students' family members. By handling these critical operational tasks, Marivel enables the writers to focus on what they do best: crafting impactful and compelling essays. Her commitment to excellence and supportive presence ensure a smooth experience for both clients and the team.
JESSICA MUNSch
Jessica is an accomplished writer and editor with a diverse background spanning long-form content, microcopy, and high-level academic editing. Her experience includes roles as an in-house copywriter at Valpak, a Product Description Copywriter at HSN, and a freelance editor for Scribendi, where she honed her skills in precision and clarity. As a Tutor Coordinator and University Liaison at Link-Systems International, Inc., Jessica connected students with the resources they needed to succeed, deepening her understanding of academic pathways. Jessica’s sharp eye for detail and passion for storytelling empower her students to articulate their unique experiences and stand out in the competitive application process.
